We will be holding our next Young Persons Self Defence Workshop on Saturday 11th June 10am to 11.30am at Abbeywood Community School, New Road, Stoke Gifford in the Dance Studio.

The workshop is open to ages 10 to 17 years old and will cover the following:

• Awareness and Avoidence

• What to do in event of robbery/mugging

• Breakaway techniques from grabs/holds/chokes

• Striking/Kicks/Knees
